"Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast and view of Cusco, but in March the rooms were cold and damp and heater will turn on only after a certain time. They brought a space heater and extra blankets but it was still cold. Also if you are booking through a 3rd party ( in my case Hotels.com) they will not refund or adjust the room rate so make sure your dates are correct before you book! Once you book even in advance it is non refundable and they won’t make any adjustments or exceptions."

"Very charming hotel, room sizes are great for families. They even have a alphaca at the hotel. Downside, there is no air conditioning and some rooms only have sky lights no windows . Location is great for restaurants and site seeing. "

"The people at the front desk and restaurants were so kind. Set up on the hill, so the walk back from town square is a little difficult. Uber drive was only 12 sol, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and our lunch à la cart one day was delicious!"

"This hotel was one of my favorites anywhere it’s beautiful but the level of attention and service and the small details made all of the difference. The staff was amazing. Hot water bottles delivered to our rooms to keep our beds warm each night. The beds and the bedding was first class. The breakfast included was excellent both ordering from the menu and buffet. We ate three dinners and the meals were excellent along with the service. I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I will tell everyone I know that this is the hotel to stay at in Cusco"
