"I rarely post but this one deserves some comments, photos do no reflect the current status of the suites. Cleanliness is very much overlooked. The room we were checked in had many issues related with cleanliness. We photographed and documented it. Staff is very cold and unfriendly. Room alternative which was offered was falsely documented as us the guest making a room a change request. In making this clever and dishonest statement in their statement we seem to not be entitled to any remedy. When we approached front desk about it, staff explained rate for replacement was cheaper but since we request seller the change to be near the beach side of the resort, no refund would be awarded. Spent a good deal of my holiday at front desk being turned around in loops. So many properties around Muskoka, regret we decided to stay here."
