"The hotel is very elegant with lots of amenities. Our room was huge and comfortable with an oversized bathroom and lots of storage space. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was amazing. There were so many options that I had to take it all in before starting. The hotel is located in the heart of everything and yet it was very quiet in our room."

"Centralised. Not a crowded environment. Link bridge to monorail and shopping mall. Lots of food options. Easy check in / check out. It’s quiet, never heard cars honking in the night. Helpful and attentive service staff - reception / concierge / restaurant. Every staff wore a smile and one of them even advised us to go to the airport earlier, thank goodness we did. Location made it easier to Grab cars too. A lot of areas at lobby for people to sit around. That was not usually the case in many hotels. Delicious morning breakfast spreads, especially the roti Prata and the curries that went with it. My relatives were very happy staying at the Aloft. Went to the rooftop and had some drinks in the pub. Cool. Didn’t use the pool this time. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Clean & quiet corridors on 15th floor. Access cards to all levels, fairly safe & secured. Concierge could help book Grab cars for us. Clean lobby toilets. No smoke smells at all. Have had already shared our favourable experience with friends. No regrets making the decision to stay there and we are happy to be back again if there’s an opportunity. "I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL. "

"Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Facilities are excellent. Nice gym and swimming pool. And I got a suite which was helpful as it had a washing machine and I was on a long business trip so managed to get all my clothes washed. "

"Although our room wasn't facing the Twin Tower of KL but we were on highfloor. Able to see the lanscape of KL. Room was spacious and love that there is a bathtub. The swimming pool area is a nice spot too at level 33. Overlooking the Twin Tower. The day we went swimming, it was raining however we were able to swim due to it being indoor Will come back again"
