"No smapoo to wash your hair. You can always buy some for a pound (but the vending machine was empty). Over the top of a KFC, which means a lot of mess and late noise. Loud music being played in cars in the early hours of the morning. If your a women on your own, you will porbably be frightened of the car park. Food there is average."

"Arriving around midnight after a long drive I was initially thankful there was someone there to open the door. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. My expectations were pretty low, all I wanted was a hot drink, a wash and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately there were no drink-making facilities, no towels, no pillows on the bed and only a dirty bar of soap with a previous guests whiskers stuck into it. "The dinner was fantastic, and the Chef deserves at least one Michelin Star. The portions were over-generous - but there should be too much of such marvellous food rather than too little! I think the cost of the 5 minute shuttle - more than £7 per pax - is bordering on extortion!"
