"2 couples stayed for a few days to explore Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. The house is beautiful and typical of the area with good size well decorated rooms. A lovely big bathroom and good kitchen. No outside space to speak of but we sat in the small yard one afternoon. The lounge is great but could do with another arm chair to make it more comfortable for 4 adults and a couple of folding chairs for the yard would be handy. "The room was compact, clean, had a small TV & coffee making facilities, there is a lounge area & kitchen on the same floor that we were on, although we didn’t use it I can see that would be useful, but beware if your not too mobile, there are a lot of steep stairs, also pub below is open till 12 and we did encounter a lot of noise on Sunday night, so if you’re to bed early, be warned. Bed was comfy and has a nice big shower in bathroom. "

"On arriving staff were friendly we stayed in the family room on ground floor the room was clean and very spacious had everything we needed for our weekend break location was very convenient especially just a short 15 minute drive to Heaton Park for the parklife 2025 event the pub attached where we had an excellent breakfast plenty of selection and staff again were amazing as too was the pub grub on the evening an all in all fantastic place to stay will most definitely stay again well done boat and horses keep up the great work "
