"I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "

"Hotel is less than 10 min walk from the station. I really like that there's a water dispenser in the room. Room was surprisingly larger than expected for Japanese hotels. Internet was also quite fast."

"I've been visiting the restaurants here for years, and they're great. So, I made the huge mistake of thinking the rooms would be worth staying in. I've stayed in all kinds of hotels and AirBnBs in Japan, so I have plenty to compare it to. The rooms in this hotel only have 1 positive quality - larger than typical rooms. Here are all the problems I experienced in this room: * Heating was broken or something, no matter what I adjusted the "Air conditioning adjustment unit" to, it was always...
