The hotel is located on the crater of Crater Lake. The view is breathtaking, there is hiking around with amazing views. The service is excellent, the food is good but the best is the view. I hope I will be back and spend several days there.

Encore was awesome in everything.A destination for enjoyment, peace of mind not to mention the service from each and every employee was far above their call duty. My wife and I love encore Nakuru. We'll most definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel a the destiny hotel in Kenya.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable two-night stay at Sopa Resort. The grounds are beautifully populated with calm zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes, which makes them easy to photograph. All the staff were cheerful and accommodating. A special thank you to Jacob for assisting us in arranging our boat safari.

The staff was amazing and the facilities were all that one would need. Very good value. Great park for a day of game driving. Saw lions and rhinos and more. Spent another day just relaxing, reading by the pool, and staring at an unbelievable view. We miss it already and it’s just been a day.

I extended my stay at this hotel. It's right in the middle of downtown, across from Nakuru Station and near the matatus stands.
My room was by the window, so I could hear the sounds of the city outside while looking out at the hills and mountains in the background — it all felt like part of the experience.
The hotel was clean, well maintained, peaceful.
The staff were consistently kind, thoughtful, and graceful.
Breakfast was included with every night’s stay and offered excellent value....
