"I am writing this lengthy review just in case someone gets the details right before booking. Ideally, this property is suitable for group stay with three separate families. Each family can stay in their own unit as there are three separate units. A great place, where it looks like one big house from outside but there are three separate units. It is secured and safe property as they are fenced thoroughly so no animals can come in easy. They have digital locks but every door has a lengthy key combination to open the digital lock for each of the doors. Beds and linen and towels are ample. Clean bathrooms. Outdoor activities are for summer mainly, not, for winter. Cons -No vacuum cleaner or cleaning supplies on premise. Trash clearing instructions were not clear from the ad. The drinking water tap appeared okay at first but once we started using it, it was broken. Table furniture arrangement inside is not matching with the pictures. It is better if the host removes tables and chairs with iron legs. Need ability to reach out to the owner directly. For trash dumpster location, we had to go through VRBO and VACASA and wait for a long time. Bathrooms are clean but showers are not that ideally placed and not enough pressure. Ventilation also needs to get better. We had one room overheat while the hall and other rooms are cold. Get your own humidifier in winter. "

"This was a really lovely stay. The house has plenty of space. The kitchen and living room on the top floor overlook the marina, and are the perfect place to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was very well equipped with every tool and appliance we would need. The bedrooms are very comfortable and 3 have their own bathroom. The causeway is just a short walk away, and the beach less than a mile. It's fun to watch the fisherman around the bridge pulling in their catches. Like everywhere in Rehoboth and Bethany Beach, people are very friendly. Rehoboth boardwalk is a short drive away as well."

"PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED; First class furniture and accents, appliances are first rate, we really enjoyed our stay, this was the first time we were able to take a full week of vacation, and we were ab le to relax and enjoy the experience. Bonus was the amazing sunsets, Views from the balconies were breathtaking; while we were not able to take full advantage of the water sports, the hosts provided equipment that they graciously made availalbe for the guests to use. One surprise: high tide caused the front of the property and the canal side of the property to flood, but water receded an d it was actually interesting. living spaces were not affected. Host was very kind and gracious and readily responded to questions . we appreciated all the attention to details . Elevator was a lifesaver!!! We will go back! "
