"We really enjoyed our time at the Double Tree! We were in town for a girls trip. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was our breakfast at Turtle Jack’s. I paid extra so we could have breakfast at the hotel each day. I really appreciated that option, but it wasn’t great. I had the waffles and they got to the table cold. They tasted like they had been frozen and warmed up in a toaster. They were pale, not fresh, and the edges were still frozen. I had about three bites then I was done. My friend’s avocado toast was not great either. It tasted like guacamole out of the container. We didn’t go back for the rest of the trip and ended up going to other restaurants for breakfast which defeated the purpose of us paying to have breakfast included. I tried to see if I could get refund on the breakfast but because it was already included in the price, they weren’t able to refund me - which I understood. All of this to say, if you are interested in picking the breakfast option then I would recommend saving your money. Otherwise, I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was lovely and I would come back again!"

"There was issue with the fridge, which was sorted out by the staff. Secondly in Expedia app the room choice was mentioned lake front, which was denied later by the Expedia associate and Hotel staff. Attached please find the snapshot of the option "
