"Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. We used the stove every day to cook eggs for breakfasts, and when we didn't want to eat out for lunch and dinner, we made sandwiches and salads. "Very clean with smooth check in. Greeted by the host. Everything works well. Amazing location."

"Terrible never again. I wwnt for my birthday It rained, and the The staff wasnt honest and unwilling to accomodate"

"The room was very clean with an amazing view. The owner was very kind and helpful, and responded quickly with any questions. Would come back next time I visit Manuel Antonio!"

"Super place. Very roomy. Lovely spot high up to catch the breeze. Excellent bar/restaurant (Bar Azul?) backs on to the place so easy to wander up and enjoy the sunset. Enjoyable stay. Pura vida."

"Unbelievably great place! My husband and I came to fish from the Pez Vela Marina, and Mar y Sombra was the perfect location to stay! The view was beautiful from up on the hill - you can see the marina and the beach and watch surfers and others enjoy the water. Every night we got to watch the sunset from our balcony! The Quepos/Manuel Antonio area is pretty small, so it was both close to town and just a few minutes to the nature park and bigger restaurants. Obviously super close to the marina!...

"Beautiful property, great staff, spectacular pool area with a view. If your looking a beach day, I would drive 5 minutes to playa Espillida, the private beach on the resort is small and rocky. Barely any sand."

"Excelente te hace entrar en contacto con la Naturaleza "

"Great space for our family of five. Super comfortable beds. Clean. Great location close to things to do. Pool was awesome. "
