Starting and ending the day in the hot tub was was great. The outdoor shower was pretty neat. The kitchen had all of the supplies that we needed. Proximity to Leaper's Fork and Franklin is also nice.
We did have to deal with wasps in the house and avoided the main bedroom because of them, but there was ample spray and the hosts were responsive to our outreach.
This cozy cottage was perfect for our trip to Nashville.
The house itself is charming, clean and quiet. We got in later and the owner had the lights on and the hot tub ready.
His communication was excellent and had we needed anything I know he would have been available. As it was it was so perfectly set up that we didn’t.
This was also a perfect location. It was far enough away from the city as to be quiet and private, but close enough that the ride into Nashville or back didn’t seem daunting.
We stayed for a couple days to break up our long drive from Ohio to Florida. It was just what we were looking for as a midway point. Communication with the host was great!
In some ways we didn’t really want to leave the cabin once we arrived. But since we were only there for a few days we did go out to dinner. I would love to come back when I didn’t have to work because it was so quiet and peaceful and beautiful.
It was quiet and very remote. It’s a cute little cottage and we did not really need tv or internet so it was good for us. We had fun playing the old records on the record player. Beds very comfortable and nice spot for just the two of us. Would come back.
Very peaceful location and excellent hosts available for any requests.
The property is in excellent condition and offers activities -hiking, horseback riding etc. it is a close drive to grocery and local restaurants if desired. The hosts were fantastic and readily available! I will definitely return!
This lovely little cottage brings the world in like a snug hug. I was there to write and the space, especially the screened in porch and the chairs down by the pond make it a nice spot for that. My daughter spent one night with a friend and they had adventurous walks and met lots of tadpoles in the creeks. My 12 year old loves it too! This was my second trip and we’ll be back!
We had a great time at the Pond House. The surroundings are breathtaking and the house itself is warm and welcoming. There's plenty to do depending on your stay, would definitely reccomend.
The cabin was gorgeous and sucluded. The cabin and property was everything as described. The host wade was really nice and helpful. Really looking forward to going back.
Cozy, beautiful, rustic cabin in the woods. Delightful respite! Basic amenities, enjoyed trails and seeing the farm animals in addition to enjoying the cabin and scenery.
Good communication with staff made the trip go very smoothly!
Property was just as advertised - nice secluded cabin in the hills. Just what we were looking for. Nice trail to hike right behind cabin. Owner was very nice and went out of his way to return an item left behind. Would stay here again.
Questions were answered in a timely manner. The cottage as a great front porch and we enjoyed watching & listening to the birds. We had a great fall drive and found hiking trails. Great location to get to places like Leiper's Fork, Franklin, Columbia, etc. Would have loved to use the fire places! My only suggestion would be to add some kitchen utensils and basic spices (S&P) to the lovely kitchen. There were plates, silverware, cups but no spatula, tongs, etc. Cute decorating throughout the cottage! Would recommend.

Quiet, calming, oasis in nature
The cabin is rustic and comfortable. We enjoyed being in the country, yet convenient to Franklin and all its food/etc.

Quiet Cabin retreat
Such a lovely time at the cabin. It rained more than we were expecting and the cabin was our woodsy retreat. It was very comfortable and mostly clean. Some areas out of reach may need some TLC but mostly tidy. My favorite part was the screened in porch, it was perfect for me to wake up before everyone and drink coffee and read my book. The outdoor shower was more refreshing than I could imagine and comes in close 2nd!

Nestled in Tranquility
Was as described .A perfect spot to unplug from the hustle and bustle of life. Just bring what ever food you want (although dining is just a winding road ride away) because all your basic needs are included. My wife and I enjoyed the option of an outdoor shower, while my 20yr old daughter was a traditionalist and bathed indoors. Will recommend and plan to return someday.

Beautiful, peaceful setting. Lovely rustic cottage. I've never seen lovelier wooden floors and doors
Leipers Fork had lovely art gallery, antiques and tea room for lunch. Puckett's BBQ with live music is what everyone talks about and it was fun but there was a whole different artisan vibe besides the down home country air at Puckett's
We really liked the cabin and the area. Quite beautiful and the cabin was comfortable.
We stay in a cabin/cottage in part to be able to cook meals instead of eating out. If you do the same, you may want to bring an extra pot and pan. Only found one pot and one pan. Cooking was possible and we did cook, but a little challenging.
Probably the area, but wifi was too slow to be useful for my work I had hoped to do.
Still, well worth it and would stay there again.
