"The best aspect of the the stay was Franco and his lovely wife who helped us park, made sure the proper forms for parking were completed and paid. Franco was overall an excellent communicator and dependable!"

"Central location in walking distance of sights in Palermo. Ticked all the boxes and the hosts were first class and met us at the apartment & explained everything. Excellent value for money, great shower and plenty of hot water. One word of advice Via Roma very noisy so if sleeping in the front take some ear plugs !!"

"Niccolo était malade et n'a pas pu nous accueillir lui-même. Quelqu'un l'a fait à sa place. L'accès à la maison se fait par une petite route étroite et très pentue, heureusement pas trop longue. Peu habitué au début, nous étions plus à l'aise après quelques jours. La maison est très spacieuse, bien équipée, conforme aux photos, il y a la climatisation dans les chambres et le salon. Il y a 3 chambres (6 personnes) dans la maison principale et une autre chambre (2 à 4 personnes) avec salle de bain...

"We were 5 persons enjoying the stay in this apt, not far from the railway station and close to bars and restaurants. We can really recommend it for families/friends that want to have a nice, clean and large apt. If you don’t like to sit up all night, bring earplugs! "

"This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of a modern home. It is located in an area full of restaurants, and was also within walking distance to all the main sights. We are a family of 3 and loved every aspect of our stay. Our host was amazing, answering all our questions promptly regarding parking and restaurants. She even conveniently arranged the car service to the airport for us. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!"

"Everything was great! Room, location, staff, everything. The only one thing to keep in mind is the location is on a busy street so there will be some street noise. However, it didn't impact our sleep and the hotel provided earplugs in the room (were there without asking when we arrived). We did not even have to use the earplugs but one night I almost put them in. Would highly recommend"

"The reciews for this place are not fair. Its really nice. You have paid parking right behind the hotel. Minute walk away. The rooms are really nice and clean. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Really all that you would want."

"Honestly we could not have chosen a better hotel for our first trip to Sicily. We are more enchanted with Palermo and Sicily than we could have imagined. The room was perfect and we made good use of our balcony with the gorgeous view. We loved the rooftop restaurant and breakfast was always nice. I will miss my cappuccinos with pretty hearts that always made me smile. The location was perfect and we enjoyed just walking around and surprising and enjoying local food. The grocery store and ATM were very accessible as well. Thanks!!"
