"SUPER CLEAN upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with PLENTY of cookware. That said, it's a bit disingenuous. The main bathroom has neither a shower or a toilet seat as well as an inoperable bath tub. The bathroom with a shower has a door that doesn't close properly. And both have a NO PAPER AT ALL IN THE TOILET policy. The kitchen has everything you'd need, however the refrigerator - while working but not plugged in upon arrival - is quite antiquated. There IS another one inside the cabinet but hasn't...

"The amenities listed are not accurate. There is no laundry. There was no oven nor was there a Smart TV. After booking I inquired about the pool and was told that it would cost 60 euros a day!!! Even though our booking was 3 months out he would not let me cancel.The beds are as hard as rock. There was 1 dish towel that had 2 holes in it and a burn mark. The dish cloth was a face cloth. "The Grand Hotel Wagner is a lovely hotel with a history. The location of the hotel was perfect for all of our exploring and close to restaurants and cafes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the size and comfort of our room. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in Italy! "
