"Enjoyable stay in a pleasant venue"

"The room was clean upon arrival but housekeeping didn’t clean it after my first night and when called that evening, I noticed they took dirty towels off floor and hung them back up. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Nice lifeguards and bartenders as well. All inclusive breakfast, lunch dinner and bar service. They said mini fridge was fully stocked and free but only had one coke. Weird. Lovely on beach property but an hour from Palmer and the airport. I recommend a car if being active and going to city. Surely nice properties closer to everything. I saw at least three different pools and direct beach access but beach has a lot of shells."

The room was perfect with a balcony, a really comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. "This is a slightly shabby Grande Dame that seems to get most of it's guests through group travel. The room was large and well-appointed, though slightly oddly laid out with a deep bath but no separate shower. The bedding could use a refresh, particularly mattress and pillows. The breakfast was fine, though not of the highest quality (terrible cappuccino) and the staff very formal and obsequious. The location was great, and that really made it work for us."
