"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GHL Arsenal. From the moment we stepped in from the heat, Alfonso made our stay extra special by greeting us with a lovely welcoming smile and a cold, delicious mixed fruit drink. It was perfect timing and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was a la carte with lots of options and the happy hour drinks helped to end the day. The rooftop infinity pool was by far, the highlight of our stay. The incredible views of Cartagena's harbour were perfect up there. All in all, Alfonso and the rest of the staff made our trip a memorable one."

The staff that check you in are amongst the friendliest and most obliging I’ve ever met at any hotel. The rooms are very modern. The pool and restaurant area are also gorgeous. We travel a lot and this is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in."
