Such a charming and friendly place with excellent breakfast!

Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!

Wonderful property with grounds, bar, restaurant , great staff and fabulous large rooms!

The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were excellent.

Great stay in a great location. The staff were all excellent, and the Carvery was most enjoyable.

Very friendly staff and a wonderful, quiet location.

I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. I wish I could have spent my entire trip there. It is modern in regard to the bathrooms, which I love!, they have air conditioning, everything is spotless,...

Great food and nice people.

Food excellent. Staff great. Great room.

Special shout out to David, Ryann, Lucy, Emma, Kate, Annabelle, Carmin, and everyone else we came in contact with, all were wonderful. The spa and pool were not even mentioned as they just opened, the facility is one of the best we ever visited, again with the staff to match. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely venue

Great location, very convenient for walking into town. Very friendly staff. We were there for 6 nights and can think of no negative points. Very happy with our decision to stay here

Lovely room with lots of space. Staff were really friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice to have breakfast included.

Outstanding. Everything and all staff and waters all are outstanding. No words can describe my satisfaction. Probably the best sleep i got since a very long time in an organic heritage hotel very quiet and warm town. All TV and coffee bar are modern and clean and convenient. I really liked the biscuits made by the chief in the room with a cup of coffee ar 6:00 am overlooking a peaceful and historic 1600s downtown. The breakfast and English muffins mushrooms and eggs are fresh and made with...
