"The listing pictures matched the condo so there were no surprises. Everything was in working order and clean. Great location, close to everything, and had great views. The only thing that was missing in the check in instructions was the code to the lock box, but luckily I arrived at a decent time and was able to obtain it from the contact listed. There was not a list of crazy chores to complete before leaving. I would rent this condo again if we return. "

"This place was advertised as a resort but it was literally what looked to be a rundown apartment building that was turned into a hotel. The room was advertised as a suite and it was a one room apt that haas terrible water pressure, only a small love seat for seating, and a very uncomfortable bed. "

"The condo was very clean, but we found a dead roach the first day. Also, the hida-bed couch in the living room was horribly uncomfortable. Our guests had to rent another condo! Loved the rotary park and beach for handicapped right down to the water!"

"This place was so warm and homey. Short walk to the Rotary park and London bridge. All the neighbors were very friendly. Elaine was bet easy to work with. The couches and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. The condo and the whole complex was very clean. If we go back we’ll be staying here again."

"The stay here made our time in Lake Havasu very pleasant. From the moment we booked, the host was communicative with us about the space the house provided. Since we booked for four adults, he mentioned it may be a little tight, but it was actually perfect for the four of us. We had access to the boat launch and were able to park our jetski on the shore for overnight parking. The people at the gate to check in were very friendly and offered their help if needed.
