Friendly, engaging staff.

The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station

This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. Very easy. Very clean..... Perfect rooms, enjoyed myself it this hotel, food great but the wine better if not pricey.

Great hotel

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Host was helpful, and courteous. Full English breakfast was delicious.

Very clean and friendly staff. Be advised that only the pub is air conditioned if you travel in summer.

The staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean and well maintained. Good meals. Free parking. FYI --There was no refrigerator nor iron in the room.

Breakfast was amazing!!!! Room was perfect size and the bathroom was nice. A lot of stairs though. An older gentleman with a hearing aid was very helpful during check out and called a cab for us.

Spacious suite of rooms, decent breakfast. Location was OK, walk-able to Cardiff Bay.

The room was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was perfect. Their restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious, a bit pricey, but worth every penny, steak being the best. We had a great meal and will def be back if we come back.
