"Three generations stayed here at Christmas (age range 15-84). There was plenty of space for all and we particularly enjoyed having the huge dining room (both the table and the room itself) so we could easily enjoy many meals together. House was equipped with all we needed, including 2 full size refridgerators. The cold didn't keep us from walking to the ocean multiple times and we found many things do to in New London, Mystic, etc., even in winter. Great vacation in large part because our accommodations were perfect for us."

"A recently renovated house that is very clean. Near (15 min walk) to the beach ($35 to park weekends!) and Harkness State Park. Also an easy walk to the Eugene O'Neill theater. Beds comfortable and bathrooms well equipped. House is a bit sterile, and the lack of carpet made noises carry. Some confusions around the checkin with the code never showing up on the VRBO app -- not a problem, as the host handled this quickly. Drip coffee maker. Beach towels provided but not chairs/umbrellas."

"We are a client services team for a major corporation. There are 13 of us and we pick a new location in the NE each year to relax and have fun for a few days. Mystic was wonderful great shops and restaurants. The house was just what we needed. Enough room and privacy when needed. It is decorated beautifully was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hosts were most accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely come back!"

"My two besties and I were looking for a get away to celebrate our birthdays and we could not be happier to have stayed at Dawn's house - it is truly a hidden gem!!! We originally looked at Mystic / Newport area but ultimately wanted to find a house where we could relax and walk to the beach. We didn't know much about New London, but had searched the coast using the map function and the property seemed perfect. We were SO impressed with how it exceeded our expectations! We live in CT and have driven through New London, but didn't realize it had such beautiful properties on the water. This house is less than a block from a private sandy beautiful beach, a nice walk to a buzzy boardwalk, and there are great restaurant options nearby. It was PERFECT for us. Dawn is definitely a super host. You can feel it in the way she has maintained and decorated her home for guests. Being on a girls weekend, we wanted it to feel a bit elevated and this house delivered. The house is not only clean but has a beautiful modern feel, the bedrooms are perfectly sized, updated bathrooms, there is a ton of natural light, adorable outdoor seating, the perfect selection of kitchenware, new clean beach chairs and towels. Even the toiletries, towels, hairdryer, etc were top notch. While Dawn respected our privacy we were so happy to meet her as she was incredibly friendly and we got to share our compliments with her - and told her we'll be booking again next year! It's a hidden gem!"

"Very spacious and interesting layout in a clean, beautiful house. Location is close to the water and a public beach. If in the area again, would love to come back. Owner, Tony, is great and kept everything simple and easily manageable. All the little things were supplied. I highly recommend this property and this host!"

"This was a great place for us to have the whole family for a graduation from the USCGA. Plenty of space for everyone and a great outdoor area that we used a lot since the weather was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive. We would stay again."

"I was in town with my son for the Young Playwrites Festival at the Eugene O’Neill Theater and this was the perfect location! While he was in workshops I was able to explore the area. The home is convenient to Mystic, Niantic, New London and several state parks! The home was clean and comfortable. The shower was a little awkward for my 5’8 teenager but he made it work!"
