" We had an unforgettable stay at Tenuta Fogliani. The property is brand-new, elegant, and set in the stunning Umbrian countryside. Our suite was spotless and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views. Dinner and breakfast were included in the boarding price which was very convenient for our family of 5 and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, local, and beautifully presented. The pool with a stunning view was a relaxing bonus. The location is ideal, just a short drive from Rome and Florence. Peaceful, luxurious, and welcoming — we can’t wait to return"

"We went as a group of 5 with 2 grandparents and a toddler. The instructions to find the property provided by the host were very good and meant the property was easy to find, the host even helped with a supermarket recommendation. The property is as pictured set in beautiful country side with stunning views and a well maintained pool. A few things to bear in mind it is a very rustic property and the internet can be almost non existent, a few bits need a bit of tlc like some plug sockets don’t work etc. how ever I would recommend the property for anyone wanting a relaxing stay away from the busyness of life. From the villa you are an hour from Rome, the beach , Marmore falls and countless Beautiful Italian towns. Overall a great house, great pool , beautiful grounds and beautiful scenery plus a great host.P.s you will need a car for this property. "

"A little aged with bathrooms being a little cluttered and air conditioner noisey. But overall the Hotel Letizia has a good feel is quiet even in the front rooms and the staff were excellent. Close to rail station and only an hour from Rome this hotel could be used as an alternative to Rome accommodation if only a day trip is necessary. "

"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis was a favourite. We really did have a fantastic stay. "
