"We had a wonderful stay at this house, Host, location, and house were all great. The host was super responsive and we even were able to check in early and depart a few hours later since there were no other parties before/after. Location is convenient for day trips to Lincoln City (20 min), Pacific City (15 min), and Netarts (45 min). The house was perfect for our group - had just the right number of beds/baths and right-sized dining table for 9 people (3 couples, 3 teens). The layout was two bedrooms downstairs (a master bed/bath and the kids' room with separate bath) and two bedrooms upstairs (a master bed/bath and a studio bed/bath with kitchen. The studio has a hidden separate entrance at the side of the house, which was useful as one of our group was not comfortable with dogs, and my husband and I were able to keep our dog in the upstairs and leave/exit with the dog only through the separate entrance (different key code than main entrance). There is access to the basement floor to patio, fire pit, and additional parking at the back. Also games and TVs in each room. Kitchen had 2 sinks and two trash cans, cooking supplies, spices, air fryer.The house is in a gated community, and we felt safe leaving our mountain bikes outside (out of sight in the patio). It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and then across the stream to Proposal Rock. Though the ghost forest is mostly gone, at negative tide we got to see the anemones and mussel harvesting."
