"Lots of deferred maintenance on this property. Deck has soft spots in the floor and is sloping. Water damage/mold on the ceiling near the fireplace. Significant stains in the carpet and distinct cat odor in multiple rooms. Whirlpool tub jets fill the water with crud when turned on. One of the twin beds is an at-home medical bed... that was weird. Great views of the ocean. Both kitchens were well equipped."
