"The hotel was fine. Near the Metro. The neighborhood is just OK. I stayed here because of the convenience to the Metro and the price made it worse affordable. Because of the neighborhood I was able to practice my French. Also the price of logging allowed me to take taxis and Ubers whenever I wanted without teaching my budget. "

"Really good value hotel. Location isn’t prime, but that’s why it’s cheaper. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Francois Mitterrand, and Gare de Lyon was about 15 minutes in a taxi. The hotel is located right next to a cineplex, a large Leroy Merlín… and also the city waste and incineration facility. We could see the steam tower from our room but there is no smell at all so it’s not too bad. The hotel is meant to be basic and it does it really well. The room is efficient with space… you won’t want to hang around in the room but it’s fine for sleeping, washing and perhaps watching TV in bed. I would stay here again."

"A modern and cool hotel near to good bars and cafes. A trendy bar with dancing if you want that. They even have a roof terrace. Tiny with air con not being great but overall would recommend and return."

"Stayed here for a couple days with my mom while visiting Paris. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro station and 5 minute walk to the nearest bus station. For grocery shopping (CarreFour or Action) it is also a 20 minute walk. Inside the hotel room, you are provided a mini kitchen with the basic amenities (microwave, sink, stovetop, dishwasher, spoons, cups, bowls, corkscrew, etc) and a big bathroom with bodywash, shampoo, hairdryer, and lots of towels. The only downside was you had to pay for breakfast. No security box inside room either. Not sure about maid service, as my family and I always decline and have the “Do Not Disturb” sign placed on our door. Also, it was a bit loud as there is a restaurant next to you and there is a factory nearby that blows a lot of smoke. Overall, it was convenient location— got the job done for an inexpensive price & lets us explore a more real side of french-folk as this location is slightly outside of Paris. "
