"We stayed from Christmas to New Years. The time from 12/24-12/27 was really great because the hotel was almost empty. No standing in line for breakfast, relaxed staff. There were shows going on but we didn't hear anything in the room which was a nice surprise. However, the hotel filled up around 12/29. The breakfast became kinda hectic, and people who showed up after 9 had to stand in line. Breakfast is good but I had expected more variety for almost 20 euro/person. Parking costs around 18 euro...

"Worst place i have ever stayed. Not good sorroundings, there is drunk guys on the lounge, the room are smelly and hot with no ventilation. The hostal faces the train station so you wont get to sleep, because the train wont stop trough the night. The staff makes fun of you and has a bad attitude, i had to leave this place on mi first night and they wont give you a refound. When I told the reception lady that the train is way to noisy, she said: what do you expect if it is beside the train...

"We stayed in a double room with en suite facilities. Very affordable so we were surprised at the facilities. Very clean very comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming. The Hostel is more like a hotel which is good and is very central in location. Lots of great cafes restaurants and bars all in easy access. Public transport is right outside the door making it very easy to get around Berlin. Brilliant choice "
