"They gave me the wrong room with no view to the pool like i wanted it and pay for, so i have to go again to registration and let them know about it waste of my time, the wrong room they gave me smell really bad, the correct room we got the drawers were kind of broken and pillows were not comfortable.I would've expected a better experience of Paris Casino."

"The location was wonderful, however, there were additional fees even to check in an hour early, no coffee machine in the room. Very expensive coffee in the lobby. They charged for everything and the hotel looked poorly maintained. They never got to our room the last night of our stay. Fortunately we called when we got back from a show and they gave us some towels. Paris next door was in much better shape and had car rental onsite . "
