"Was not greeted by a person at the check in desk, instead I was greeted by a screen with an agent in a call center somewhere to check in. Room was clean-ish. Refrigerator was broken. Phone in the room did not work. Shortly after arriving I got the standard “welcome…text us if you need anything” text message. Mentioned we needed some more towels. No response. Eventually we went down and saw someone’s else getting their own towels from a cabinet so we grabbed some too. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was conveniently located right off the freeway. I would not stay again when visiting the area."

"We've stayed here many times, being one of the first customers when they first opened. The location is 10 out of 10. The property itself is 9 out of 10. They need to do some upkeep inside. Our room was pretty good except - the bathroom shower needs attention. Needs new caulking and a thorough deep cleaning. The refrigerator in our room sounded like Darth Vadar ALL night. It took a bit to get the AC regulated, but we finally did. The most annoying thing was our room key - we had to get it replaced all 3 days we were there. They kept saying "you can't put it near electronics like your phone" - we didn't!! It was an easy fix, BUT they needed BOTH cards each time, it was just a hassle when you're trying to get into your room after a long day. We will return for sure, but this was our experience THIS visit."

"Rooms are very outdated, all furniture was damaged to some extent, pool broken and unavailable, room had a stink of marijuana and was a none smoking room, entry stairs uneven and in bad state of repair, walls were filthy, bathroom was atrocious"

"This hotel goes above and beyond hospitality. They are absolutely amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The front desk individuals or employees are so friendly they make you feel like you’re at your own home. There’s not enough I can say about this property. They deserve the hospitality award of the year."

"Everything was clean the staff was wonderful only thing that was a little concerning was the room smelled like a wet basement! I guessing but I think the AC unit needs cleaning"

"The food was good, the room was clean, but there was no water in the jacuzzi. My remote was working sometimes, kept having problems changing the channels. The toilet barely flushed, you had to stand there push the handle twice and hold it completely down while the water took a minute to go down, And of course the elevators is still broken. Everytime I come one elevator is out of service, and one take you to different floors that you didn’t press. The one that do work the lights on it don’t work so you don’t know if the button is pressed or not so somebody always try another floor to see if it light up, then we do extra stops that’s not needed making the ride even longer. Other then all that the food and drinks were good, and the staff were friendly. They really need to fix those things, then I I’ll be able to say it’s my favorite hotel again."
