Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners;
Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work;
More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over;
Consistent customer service between staff.
Rooms are nice and clean.
Afternoon tea is generous. "

"Beverley Arms has the right level of helpful staff without being intrusive. good facilities, good breakfast - though I think it's busiest in the last 30 mins before 10am, as most guests, like I was, are there to relax!"
