"Room was clean, couldn’t really hear outside noise or that between rooms. We really liked the free coffee machine and made use of that a few times plus staff were very friendly."

"Amazing hotel in a great quiet location, short walking distance to Old Town Krakow. The staff is absolutely fantastic, always friendly and going above and beyond to assist and accommodate their guests. The SPA area is stunning and it’s a pleasure to relax, take a swim or warm up in the sauna. The rooms are generous, quiet and comfortable. "Excellent stay at this hotel. Location is good in old town and room was clean and impeccable. Only small issue I had was didn’t like my pillow but grey actually have a pillow menu of all types that I didnt use so 100% my fault. Would stay here again without hesitation. "
