"Aparthotel Best Views was a very nice hotel. Built for longer stays as there is a kitchenette. The room we had was large and the photos of the rooms are accurate. Two restaurants nearby, The Gavi and The Oserangie are very good with the Oserangie being a rooftop restaurant. The Wawel Castle is a few minutes walk away."

"The staff on reception at check-in (this was 01:30) was very efficient and quick. The room was clean, spacious and airy. Location of the hotel was great for the Jewish quarter, for food and drinks. With good transport links close by."

It was in a very convenient for everything, it was a very short walk to the main square and only two stops on the tram to the Jewish Quarter."

"Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away. Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. Housekeeping should also be mentioned. Everything was spotless, and it was a pleasure to have daily cleaning in the room, as this practice has been diminished at many hotels. I did notice that most guests were my age or older, and wonder if Rezydent Hotel is classified as a "pensioners" hotel, not that it matters. Like me, I assume other guests were attracted by bargain rates."
