"Lovely lake place. We were disappointed that the kayak had been broken the day before, but your next-door neighbor jeff was a doll and let us use his equipment. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cottage. It was very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, TV’s terrific, couches comfy, and will stay again if we are back in Greenwood. The walk to Break at the lake was awesome. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Only complaint is there were bugs in the sink when we came back after dinner one night. It’s a cabin on the lake, so I get it but maybe spray for them since summer is upon us. Wood on the walls needs a deep cleaning. Could see a lot of dust accumulation. Other than those few things it was adorable and had everything we needed."

"Property is quite lovely and would be great for a family with kids. There is a backyard with fun activities for kids like swings and a slide and lots of games in the bonus room to play outdoors. The deck is quite unique with multiple levels and a hot tub. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the hot tub nor a lot of the amenities since we had a lot already booked. "This house would be good enough with just the docks, boat ramp, and screened porch with a wide lake view, but it also happens to have a great layout for multiple family members to have some privacy, and it’s in a nice cove off of the main lake, and Break on the Lake. We are already booked for another family trip."

"We were a group of 8 senior ladies playing in a golf tournament at the Links at Stoney Point. The golf course was very easily accessible from this house -17 minutes. We found the house very, very clean and well appointed for our needs. Since it had 6 bedrooms, there were enough beds - only two of us had to share a king bed. And there were 2 1/2 baths downstairs and 1 1/2 upstairs. It appeared that all the appliances were brand new. There was a wonderful large table in the dining room that easily...

"Property was secluded and quiet. Creates a calm feel. Did not like the finger on the lake. It collected dead fish carcasses someone discarded. Bottom of the lake is mucky and has sticks. Wear water shoes when going in. Town has ample shopping. Good place when you bring your pets. Property could use some deep cleaning."

"We lived one cove over for 10 years so when we saw the listing we decided it would be the perfect place for a family gathering. The lake was beautiful and the house is perfect! Family and friends dropped in to visit and everyone loved it! Next time we come for a visit, I hope this house will be available."
