"Most enjoyable overnight stay at the Dragon. We had a large room overlooking the market square.Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast a little disappointing with no fresh fruit or marmalade. All staff very helpful and friendly. We would stay again when next in the area."

It was an ideal place to stay with easy access to Hay and to the cafe in the airstrip. We will return if we go back that way again."

We arrived at 10 pm in heavy rain and were warmly welcomed at the door by the owner who quickly checked us in and showed us to our room. Next morning we woke to sunshine and wonderful views to the surrounding hills. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent. Fellow EV drivers may be interested to know that free charging is offered to guests upon request - according to the hotel directory in our room. We didn’t register...
