"Property was great and super easy location to downtown Knoxville. Definitely a newer area of town that is going through an awesome renovation. Lots of close by restaurants and things to do. The house was perfect for our over night trip to Knoxville for our son’s college tour. Clean, easy entry and very well stocked. The downstairs has a small full kitchen and a small family room area where we played a game of cards. There is also a 1/2 bath. The 2nd floor has a queen/full bed and a full bath with a small office where the closest is. The 3rd floor also has a full/queen and a nice patio. As a few other reviews state, there is no privacy between floors. For our family it worked great, but for those who like privacy be warned. The posting also says there is a king bed, which there is not. The 2nd floor bed is a full or queen and is very low profile. The 3rd floor is also a full or queen and is an average height.I’d highly recommend this property, especially if you’re looking for a newer modern place close to UTK or downtown Knoxville."
"This hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!"
