"Very small room and bathroom. However, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The clerk at check-in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The gentleman at checkout was completely the opposite: very unfriendly and unhelpful. A common courtesy would have been to thank us or to tell us to have a nice day. He Sid nothing as he handed me a receipt."

"This property is close to Market Square and UTK. It’s in an older, but quiet neighborhood. The backyard was really nice and big and it felt peaceful. Our only issues involved not having enough towels for the number of guests we had registered. There were also no hand towels in the kitchen or bathroom and only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. There were no tissues and two rolls of paper towel towels. I messaged the host who was quick to reply and let me know how to get into the locked closet to get supplies. Pointing this out in case anyone else goes through the same thing when they arrive. "

"The house is beautiful just as pictured it is truly stunning and we used this to get ready for my wedding, it was beautiful and I am so excited for our photos! The house is on the water right by the interstate and you can definitely hear interstate traffic, even with the sound machines on, even from the middle room. I was definitely grateful that sound machines were provided as it was able to knock out some of the noise, however if you are a light sleeper or even moderate sleeper it will still wake you up. The parking is tight. We ready about the car situation. The hill is STEEP and a drop off. Nothing bad, just something to know prepare ahead of time for. My husband had to get car in and out. I was uncomfortable turning around. Other than that definitely 5 stars across the board! Truly a unique experience"

We did have some initial trouble getting the check-in details and Wi-Fi code, and the oven was a bit temperamental, but the host addressed our concerns right away. Even with those small issues, we’d still rate our experience a perfect 10."

"VRBO did not provide the correct code to get in; the host did not make a significant effort to make sure I had the correct code. My trip was ruined and the host stopped corresponding to rectify the problem/error. Do not stay here."
