"Room was nice. Bathroom shower’s water pressure very weak and took a long time to get hot. Very limited TV channel options. Very expensive restaurant, much cheaper and nicer food available close by outside hotel. The best thing about it is location and after that not much. At least $35 to self park, only $2 cheaper than valet which is crazy. Nickel and diming you the whole way. David at check-in was incredibly rude and set a bad tone for the stay. Enoch was very nice though. Sounds like staff is in a transition period. All in all it was ok, again the location is the key thing that makes it worthwhile."

"You get what you pay for, room was clean. Beds are fine, needed just for a one night stay as we traveled Coast to Coast and didn’t wanna break the bank. There is absolutely no free breakfast beyond cold cereal, crap coffee, muffins, and a granola bar. Don't advertise free breakfast if you’re just gonna have snacks."

"Host was extremely accommodating ! She’s very open to working with you and your situation. She is super nice and welcoming , was quick to respond to any of my questions , and was very helpful. The property was just as shown online. Pulling into the driveway off the road is tricky since there is a drop from the road to the driveway (do not recommend driving a lowered car) , but host communicated the best way to drive in. It’s also pretty easy to pull out of the driveway as the road next to the place isn’t that busy. There is a gas station across the street too , which made it super easy for my group whenever we needed something. Host does provide a Brita , snacks , and toiletries , which was perfect for us. Everything provided in and outside the home worked perfectly; the beds were very comfortable and spacious , the hot tub was amazing , the fire pit also worked great , and overall , just an amazing home. I would definitely stay here again and will try to in the future for my next trip !"

"Pros: Excellent safe location and space for the price. Quite tree lined street. Responsive host. Parking on site. Great front and back yards (not fenced) for our two small dogs. Poop bags provided. BBQ grill clean. Nice sized TVs. Average comfortable beds, well made with adequate towels. Discount for future stays which was a nice touch. All communication was done through the app which was neither good nor bad. We travel a lot and are used to either meeting the host, a quick conversation, or a welcome gift but no points taken off for the lack thereof. Cons: Needs a good deep clean and a paint refresh. Kitchen missing a few essentials with deeply scratched pans. Patio unusable being too dusty with spiderwebs. Windows and screens dirty. Kitchen knives dull. Missing tongs for grill. The living room furniture reminds one of grandmas place in that it needs a good steaming or better yet, replacement. Uncomfortable couches. Soap dispensers barely had enough product for this stay. I added water to last us for four days. Bought fresh flowers but vase on top shelve was stickier than honey. I used it anyways…Living room a bit dark based on the house exposure but I couldn’t open the main door to let in light because there was no screen or glass on the screened front door."

"This cottage is very well maintained and is absolutely beautiful inside. It was exceptionally clean and was stocked with everything I needed for a 10 night stay. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you.The cottage is set in a wooded area and is nicely secluded. It was very quiet throughout my entire stay. Just the sound of birds. The property owner was easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend staying here."
