"We paid extra to stay in the presidents suite on the 11th floor. We went for breakfast and it was our fault that we couldn’t remember our room number but knew it was the presidential suite on the 11th floor. we felt the gentleman could have been a bit more helpful instead of repeating I need your room number several times. Then the lady would not listen when we kept telling her only one of us was going to eat. We gave up and went somewhere else to eat. Other than that out stay was very nice"
"No complaints other than minor things that seemed to be missing. No bench or shelf in the shower, had to put things on the floor. The only mirrors were in the bathroom. No luggage holder for suitcases, phone didn't work to contact front desk. Yet NONE of these affected our fabulous stay with a beautiful view of the falls! I hate to even complain, but you asked. Cleaning staff actually found a wallet we thought we had lost, and that was AMAZING. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Will go back and recommend to others."
