"A wonderful place to stay. Every member of staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel in general is open and spacious and very inviting and cosy. Superb location for the proximity to the train station and a very short walk to the shops, bars and restaurant's. The Roman Walls are just outside the hotel so very easy to be able to walk along the wall. Really looking forward to visitng again."

"Clean comfortable room, all requirements met , tissues hair dryer, iron Whilst eating breakfast did notice through the window that the outside patio area needed a good sweep . Friendly polite staff very helpful and they smiled !!"

"Was pleasantly surprised by hotel, room was nice, rooftop bar a bonus although there was an unpleasant smell drifting into rooftop from somewhere. Breakfast service and food was excellent. Would stay again and hope the smell was a one off"
