"Pros: Das Haus war sehr gemĂŒtlich und hatte alles was man braucht! Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefĂŒhlt, besonders durch die schöne kleine Gartenanlage. Der Vermieter war auch sehr herzlich und hat stets dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass uns an nichts fehlt. Alles in allem ein Mega Erlebnis! Gerne wieder. :) Cons: Durch die NĂ€he zur Autobahn hört man stets ein Rauschen im Hintergrund, das hat der schönen AtmosphĂ€re aber keinen Abriss getan."

"The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, very quiet, and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite on the sixth floor facing the inner courtyard, and it was a peaceful retreat. However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t respond to several emails asking for guidance on the best way to reach the property from BER Airport. After a long journey, the self-service check-in system also felt frustrating to use; at that point, I would have preferred assistance from a staff member, especially when you’re tired and can’t find your reading glasses. We also hoped to use the sauna, but it was switched off. A staff member informed us that guests need to request this in advance so it can be turned on, which isn’t something I’ve encountered before—I normally expect to use such facilities at my own convenience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, with the U2 station nearby offering easy access to many major attractions. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Hotel Berlin, Berlin."
