"It was good overall. We felt comfortable. We appreciated how quiet the spa was. It was a good place to relax after a long day. The sauna wasn’t very hot though. One of our rooms had a view of the balloons from a distance. Overall we were satisfied especially since since we got a good deal. "

"I like the design of the room and the property. The room is spacious, but there’s no air conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, but it wasn’t enough, at least, for us. I’m not sure why the room lacks air conditioning, but I’m not sure about the technicalities or complexities behind stalling an A/C in a cave. The staff is friendly, responsive and always tries to do their best to serve you. The food in the restaurant is great with good options. "

"The bedroom was a unique cave room giving us the experience we were expecting. However the down side was firstly the hotel was very difficult to find and you should make guests aware before booking that the restaurant is not onsite but in a sister hotel quite a walk away involving a steep hill up and then down. "The room was very clean and big! The breakfast was very good and fresh! Great coffee! The staff was amazingly friendly and very polite! They did everything they could to make your stay awesome! And Barney the cat was also awesome! The owner was so sweet and asked me if I needed anything, her hotel is really cute and you really feel like you took a step back in time, but she made the rooms very homey and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel! "
