I found the mattress quite comfortable, and although the compartment was small I was able to move around inside comfortably. Noise does travel easily between adjacent compartments for those easily disturbed. I fear that on one heavy-drinking night I may have been the snoring disturbance, so bear this in mind. We were worried when we first arrived because the room was super hot but when we cranked up the AC it cooled right down. The hallways are not air conditioned but that wasn't a big deal.
