"This is a new property in the heart of Shibuya. Very well located, about a 11-15 min walk from the main Shibuya station. It is a hostel, even though it’s called Graphy Hotel, my stay was pleasant, the staff was great, multilingual and they make great coffee, they also had free beer for an hour every couple of days. Pretty cool spot on the rooftop with a pool table, and a balcony as well. Free coffee and tea upstairs as well. "

"Pros: About 10 min walk from Mita station, super clean, wide and comfy 1 person bed, easy self check-in. Cons: There is no lockers! You will have to constantly bring your valuables with you. The shared area is noisy (fan noise?) and has a sterile atmosphere. Not the place to meet other travelers. "

"We loved staying at this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy. We rented a couple towels for just 100 yen each. We were worried when we first arrived because the room was super hot but when we cranked up the AC it cooled right down. The hallways are not air conditioned but that wasn't a big deal. "Lovely hostel, we booked the family room, decent size for family of 4 with big luggages. What I really like wash sink, shower & bathroom is separated which makes getting ready in the morning fuss free! Situated in good location, less than 3 mins walk to underground subway station! Lots of good restaurants around the area & shopping! A very good stay! "
