"Very nice, comfortable, modern place to land in Shibuya. Staff was welcoming and helpful. After staying for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip, we ended up booking our last night in Tokyo here. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front looked at us and said “Welcome back!”"

But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."
