"The staff aren't on one accord, depending on the day and person you will get different answers about laundry services, cleaning the rooms, extending your stay etc...the room had an ant infestation. They literally drop from the ceiling onto you, they get in your food, crawl on you while you're trying to relax. The staff was told, but the issue was never addressed. The bed, terrible, my back and hips still hurt, I would have been better off sleeping on the floor, if it wasn't for the ants. If possible stay somewhere else."

"Eaglewood Resort and Spa is a beautiful property with well-maintained grounds, attractive common areas, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The golf course and spa were highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, customer service and housekeeping issues prevented the experience from matching the quality of the resort itself. Our stay got off to a disappointing start at check-in. The front desk employee did not greet our party and immediately informed us that our request for nearby or connecting rooms could not be accommodated without providing an explanation. Thankfully, another front desk employee stepped in, explained the confusion with our room assignments, and provided exceptional service. Throughout our stay, he consistently demonstrated professionalism and hospitality. Later that evening, we stopped at the front desk to ask about checkout time. The employee on duty was focused on an iPad and speaking with another staff member. Despite seeing us waiting, he never acknowledged us. After several minutes, we asked the bellman instead, and he immediately answered our question. This interaction reinforced our concerns about the lack of consistent customer service. Before leaving, however, we did speak with the front desk manager, who was professional and helpful. Housekeeping was also disappointing. All three rooms in our group needed dusting, and the bathtubs were dirty. My bathtub contained body hair left by a previous guest. After showing the issue to a housekeeper, she"

"I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected."

"The property is really outdated. The pictures online need to be updated so other guests see the real property. My room I checked into was really outdated. The bathroom floor and shower were extremely old and uneven, the shower had mold, the carpets were old and needed care. I lifted the side of my mattress and food crumbs were there. The hallways smelled like weed all week! Stay here if you are in a jam and need a quick place to stay."

"This properly has been immaculately renovated and had tons of space for our family of four to spread out. Everything was appointed so well and the place felt so clean. It was organized, the dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen were new, clean, organized. We never cooked but I appreciate a kitchen like that when renting a place. Bedrooms were warm and inviting and there are actually two living/lounging spaces, which I didn't realize from the pictures. One on the main floor next to the dining room and another on a lower level. I would definitely stay here again!"
