The buffet style evening meal and breakfast were both delicious, with a huge range of Japanese and international dishes to choose from. Staff were fluent in English and very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has it's own onsen, which was a lovely experience. A highlight of our holiday."

I should have booked 2 nights to really enjoy! Everything was excellent. My 1st time in Japan and this was lovely. Staff checking me in spoke great English. I booked a huge tatami room and had a balcony overlooking the river. There is a turn-down service while you’re at dinner. Buffet was fantastic and the whiskey was not watered down at all! We had Unit C and it was very comfortable for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids (13,11,6)). There are directions on how to use everything. The beds and bedding are incredible comfortable. The bath tub gets nice and hot! The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, cups, etc. you might need. I do wish there was some coffee available for the mornings, but now we know to bring our own.
