"Room is clean, nice and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Hotel provides nice toiletries, including nice toothpaste, comb, slippers, and a free and complete set of facial care products. Complimentary breakfast has a delicious variety of Asian and Western items. Free bottled mineral waters are provided everyday as well. Hotel personnel’s are very polite and helpful to give instructions and help out with luggages. The doormen promptly help you to find taxi drivers. Hotel has free shuttle to and from Kyoto station. Would love to stay here again!"

"The hotel is great. Service very responsive and keen to help. Room very spacious and comfortable. Hotel shuttle service was very useful as hotel is some distance from public transport. Rates not cheap but reasonable for what the hotel offers."
