The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with a great pizzeria close by. Nevertheless the tour buses took over the breakfast area what made the area overcrowded and noisy. Many of entre plates where empty due to the shear volume of the tour guests been catered.

Always a wonderful place to stay, work, pleasure and summer break.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We ended up staying a second night. As a result of this stay, we made a point to stay in another PHI later in our trip. The staff was great and went above and beyond.

Excellent accommodations and breakfast! Plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Late checking appreciated.

Incredible grounds and facilities! The staff was wonderful, so warm, helpful and professional!! The breakfast, and restaurants were fantastic. We had an amazing stay for 5 nights. Honestly, I wish we could have had more time there, but our itinerary was already established. Honestly, can’t recommend highly enough!

A lovely location, with a stunning garden. Cool building and an amazing cave parking garage.

The appartment was very clean. Staff was very friendly. You can enjoy the nature I suggest to rent a car, and do not take to much luggage because you have to climb stairs.

Short stay. Very clean and spacious. Efficient staff at front desk.

Staff, room, facilities, restaurant, all 5's. Plus free parking, only 10 minutes to airport, and it's immediately off hiway to Firenze. 20 euro taxi to centro. Oh, yeah, the price is right.

Beautiful location to breath the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful location, delicious food, and welcoming staff. Was a “layover” for me on a business trip but hope to return someday with my wife.

I find it a very pleasant property to visit

We loved this hotel! They have plenty of free parking, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel was beautiful. The room was great, spacious, big soft comfortable bed, a great bathroom with nice big walkin shower. The wifi was also fast, we were able to video chat and stream with no issues on multiple devices. The included breakfast was very nice, the foods never changed and we were there for 5 nights and it was still a great spread. As I mentioned before, the staff was so nice, my...
