We absolutely loved our stay at Amata Lanna. The hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming. Our rooms were airy, open and large. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, including the owner who we had the pleasure of meeting. Someone was always there to help with questions/suggestions and calling cabs to get around. The location was great, only about a 10 minute cab ride into the Old City. The breakfast that they provide is delicious and fresh. The only issue we had was when coming back...

I loved this hotel. It was clean, modern with an abundance bottled water at your disposal. The staff was super friendly and offered great tips on local activities. I specifically picked this hotel because of it's location in Nimman. There are tons of small shops, art studios, restaurants to check out. Chiang Mai is also not that big so we were able to walk from the middle of the Old City back to the hotel. I would love to come back to Chiang Mai and stay at BED Nimman!

Wonderful stay...very attentive to guests!

The hotel was very close to the night markets, which was what we wanted to do. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and helped with give us ideas on what to do in the area.

Nice location in the Nimmanhaemin area, great restaurants nearby. Need a car to get to the walled city, but very inexpensive (around 90baht or 3 USD). Great service, nice clean rooms. Pool area is lacking enough lounge chairs, but otherwise a nice area. Would benefit from food/drink service on the pool floor.

My wife and I treated ourselves to two massages. My regrets are not having one everyday. It is a must have in this Hotel as well as the breakfast buffet. Thanks For Your Hospitality! Tom and Mo

This is my second stay at the hotel is is conveniently located. The staff is courteous, efficient and accommodating. The room and facilities are well maintained and clean. The club level option was an very good value. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice, quiet location not too far from the Old City. Great restaurants nearby and lovely pool and home cooked breakfast every morning!

Stayed for five weeks. Staff wonderful. Loved buffet breakfast, and Executive Lounge. Beautiful lobby and entry. Everything needed in room, including fridge, microwave, dishes. Excellent wifi. Great swimming pool and exercise center. Comfortable bed. Quiet, despite proximity to airport. I miss the place already.

Peaceful place to stay situated right by Ping river. Breakfast was included. Grabbed food and stepped out to enjoy at one of the tables by the river. Called Bolt around 10 am and the car came within 5 minutes every time. Most places cost 90 to 150 baht for me on a compact car.

Very centrally located; probably our favorite hotel we stayed at in Thailand (of 6 total) for service, friendliness, and buffet. Right across street from a great, energetic local people's park.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rody at the front desk, as well as the entire concierge staff were very helpful and arranged everything, from airport transfer, tour packages, dinner reservations, etc perfectly and with warm smile and chat. I had a great time. The dim sum restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced.

Icon Park Hotel Chiang Mai was a pleasant experience. Quite possibly the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand for many reasons. Exceptional staff, easy check in process, great breakfast (food, fruits, coffee), and spacious hotel room with balcony and awesome city view. We visited during Loy Kathrong (Lantern Festival) and the service was great despite the busy holiday time. 10/10 service. And a special recognition for Katie at the front desk. She gave us the best recommendations for things to do...

The hotel is brand new. Decorate it with an exquisite taste, good finishes, but simple at the same time. Nothing extremely luxury. Perfect for a family. The attentions was beautiful, impecable breakfast and service.
