"Very friendly staff especially the food service staff. On the last night there we experienced a faulty toilet. When I notified the staff, she suggested we would have to wait until the next morning to get staff to fix it. No toilet overnight???? She eventually put us in another room. "

I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."
