"We enjoyed our relaxing spa weekend away at Schloss Roxburghe. We stayed in one of the cottages. Very cosy, very clean. However there were factors that could have been improved such as service from staff being relatively poor and check in and check out times are transient. Apart from these minor issues, there is nothing major to complain about this hotel. Would visit again! "

A beautiful house in a hidden part of Northumberland, which has been converted by Michelle and Paul with great style and a real attention to details. Warm, luxurious and welcoming. And for us the area is one of the best but least known parts of the UK. We would definitely book again."

My only niggle (and it is a niggle) was that our room also had the upstairs fire escape door - which was not mentioned at all (ie, what to do in event of a fire and whether our bedroom was the fire escape access for all the rooms in our section)."
