"Amazing hotel in a great location close to the old town, morning market and Sake shops. The room was big and had everything we needed. Hotel also had free drinks from 5pm and breakfast service which was an incredible traditional Japanese breakfast. Hotel had a spa room and also accepts tattoos. Highly recommend and would stay again!"

"I liked the fact that they had everyone remove and store their footwear in lockers when coming onto the facility, preventing people from wearing dirty footwear on the premises including the rooms. Suitcase wheels were also easily cleaned by rolling them through a cleaning station."

"Good stay at the hotel. The Japanese rooms were amazing and we had a great vegetarian kaiseki dinner and really enjoyed the onsens. Would defintely recommend staying at this hotel. Only issue is transport to the location is a bit difficult if you don't have a car. We were aware of this and messaged ahead to ask about the availability of the hotel shuttle bus to the bus stop for our departure. Unfortunately, when we arrived the receptionist was unaware they had a shuttle bus and was very unwilling to check the information we were given or even help us sort out alternative travel. It led to a bit of a concerning situation for our travel plans before another staff memeber corrected her and arranged our transport."
