"The hotel is an adult hotel and not allowing teenagers to use pool and gym.. ı have booked the trip for Easter holiday for my child and paid extremely high price for just sitting in the hotel room .. -7 degree, snowing weather.. So hotel must clarify the status as adult hotel and should not sell the room for families without notifying.. there were no notice about this policy about the hotel while booking.. Cost us huge amount of money with huge disappointment.."

Provided blankets are very thin and I was freezing at night. Make sure to bring your own or book more beds than needed to have additional blankets.
