"Getting checkin directions required us to call VRBO to get the host’s phone number. The host never made contact other than the single texted instructions initiated by us (frantically, bc we couldn’t confirm if we had a place to stay for a week over Xmas!). Zero contact or response via VRBO. You can hear every footstep and conversation upstairs. And we know the tenants were trying to be quiet because we met them. Would not recommend. Passenger exit from car is on the mud."

It is located in the best part of Berkeley -- you can walk to everything from a peaceful neighborhood with friendly and helpful neighbors. The owner and property manager were also very helpful and responsive. We didn't want to leave! "
